Rajke 'Bratrovrah' Veletan

The Grand Master of the Hawks of Winter and head of the Veletan family. A tall, foreboding man whose face is partially obscured by a pitch-black splotch resembling the night sky. A lone star glimmers where his right eye would otherwise be.

Rajke is viciously devoted to the order and will not tolerate disobedience. He is known to go as far as to leave apprentices out in the wilderness if they disobey him once, caring very little for whether they will find their way back. In spite of his esteemed position and battle prowess, Rajke does not possess a Lokaj. Instead, he fights with a jagged two-handed sword.
