Ratimir Milosevič

Rajke’s right hand. A meek, cowardly man whose lack of confidence often makes the order’s members question how he was able to obtain his Lokaj.

Ratimir wields a Lokaj named Equanimity, with the front half of an owl and the hind half of a horse - though it would be more adequate to say Rajke wields the Lokaj, as Ratimir obeys his every order and the Grand Master of the Hawks of Winter makes liberal use of his loyalty.
