Zbyhněv of Bukovec

Zbyhněv is a Handler, and a member of the Develesjan guard. He and his herald Lokaj, Temerity, have been sent to Kamenitsa to help guard its residents after a series of recent accidents. He is not particularly thrilled to be stuck out here, in the middle of nowhere, but orders are orders.

You will most likely find him being followed by a group of local children begging to hear just one more of his tales.
